Both awards are based on a customer satisfaction score of above 90 percent. “What makes these awards special is that often the CSI scores of the larger dealers is often below customer expectations” says owner and General Manager Dave Bofill. “To have won the top CSI award for both manufacturers that we represent is absolutely gratifying and I owe it to the best crew on Long Island, my extended family”, said Bofill.
